    The Little Ripples winemaking team sourced Chardonnay from the high altitude cool climate of Tumbarumba, NSW for this crisp, fruity young white with its lively flavours of green melon and juicy yellow nectarine.

    This is a benchmark Shiraz, aromatic and full of rich red fruit with plenty of plushness on the nose.

    Notes of oak, a little bit of liquorice, and some aniseed.

    There's also that spice, that black pepper on the finish that we always want to find in a shiraz.

    It's a ripper !!

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I'm quite particular with my Sauv Blanc and have a penchant towards the NZ Marlborough wines. But I have to say.. this is bloody good!. I love the aromas and notes that this wine undertakes. It has enough balance as to not make it too sweet or overwhelming on the palate. And it has zero sugar!! Definitely recommend this to all other Sauv Blanc lovers who also want to make a contribution while enjoying their tipple.
